What are your prices?

If you're picking a personal trainer purely based on price then we're probably not the right choice for you. However if you want to work with an expert trainer with years of experience and gain life changing results then book a consultation to find out how we can help you.

Do I need to be fit before starting?

No - we are used to working with people who have never been in a gym in their life. Would you wait to feel better before visiting a doctor? Of course not. No matter how unfit you may feel right now we can help you improve and get the results you want.

I have an injury, can I still do this?

Yes, we are used to working around injuries and have helped people recover from knee, hip and shoulder surgery.

We carry out a comprehensive assessment in your first session, this then helps us to create the right exercise programme designed around your individual needs.

Is there a minimum sign up?

Yes, there is a minimum commitment of 3 months. We do not do fad diets or quick fixes, we need a minimum of 3 months to help you develop new positive habits with your exercise and nutrition, and help you achieve sustainable results.
