2. Assessment Session

This involves coming to the studio to discuss your goals and nutrition in more detail. We go through a few basic exercises so we know your starting point and we can then recommend the best programme for you.

What we offer

Most people come to us because they are looking to work 1-2-1 with a trainer, however we also offer 2-2-1 training where you can train with a friend or partner.  Another option is our semi-private training service. This is where up to 4 people will work with a trainer in a session, ideal for people who prefer to work out in a group.


No matter which training option you chose we promise you will still get the level of support you need to achieve your goals.


Frequently Asked Questions

What are your prices?

If you're picking a personal trainer purely based off price then we're probably not the right choice for you. However if you want to work with an expert trainer from a private non-intimidating facility then please book a consultation to find out how we can help you.

Do I need to be fit before starting?

No - we are used to working with people who have never been in a gym in their life. Would you wait to feel better before visiting a doctor? Of course not. No matter how unfit you may feel right now we can help you improve and get the results you want.

I have an injury, can I still do this?

Yes, we are used to working around injuries and have helped people recover from knee, hip and shoulder surgery. 

We also work closely with a sports rehabilitation therapist, they can assess you and help us put a programme together to help work around an injury or even fix it.

Is there a minimum sign up?

Yes, there is a minimum commitment of 3 months. We do not do fad diets or quick fixes, we need a minimum of 3 months to help you develop new postive habits with your exercise and nutrition, and help you achieve sustainable results.
