Our sessions our limited to just 6 people per session meaning you will get the care and attention you require, and work at the correct level for your ability.

Our instructor Fiona has a wealth of experience and an enthusiasm for vinyasa flow yoga; classes are designed to help students find comfort in postures, build strength and flexibility as well and enjoy mini meditations that focus on positive mindset, gratitude and self-realisation.
